These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and rz777 ("rz777", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at rz777.cam and all associated services, content, tools and functionality made available through it (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, that you are of eligible age as defined in Section 3, and that you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

rz777 is an online gaming and sports betting information platform providing educational content and gaming services to adult users. rz777 is not licensed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial Pakistani authority. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Players in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction under the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any other applicable law.

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a personal registered user account created on the Platform by completing the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds credited to your Account at any given time, exclusive of any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback award, reload offer or other incentive granted by rz777 subject to individual promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including but not limited to submission of government-issued identity documents, proof of address and liveness checks, as further described in Section 4.
• "Platform" means the rz777 website, its sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions, and all content and services delivered through them.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is illegal, restricted or requires a licence not held by rz777.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary mechanism by which a User may request suspension of their Account for a defined or indefinite period for responsible-gambling purposes.

To register and maintain an Account on rz777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Registration by or on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
4. Personal Registration: Each individual may hold only one Account. Creating multiple accounts, or accounts on behalf of another person, is prohibited.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, either through rz777 or through any recognised third-party self-exclusion register.
6. No Prior Closure for Cause: rz777 reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual whose Account was previously closed due to a breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

rz777 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time rz777 deems necessary for compliance purposes. Required documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document — for Pakistani users, this is typically a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a current Pakistani passport;
• Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement (typically dated within three months);
• A selfie or liveness verification confirming that the account holder matches the submitted identity document;
• Verification of the payment method(s) used, such as a screenshot of a wallet account or bank statement showing account ownership.

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through rz777's official, secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never send sensitive identity documents via unsecured channels including unencrypted email, WhatsApp, Telegram or any third-party chat application.

Access to and use of the Platform is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable basis. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful recreational gaming and sports betting purposes, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You agree that you will:

• Use the Platform only for your own personal entertainment and not for commercial purposes;
• Not use automated tools, bots, scripts or other software to interact with the Platform in ways not sanctioned by rz777;
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works based on any component of the Platform;
• Not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its technical infrastructure;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times and not share your Account access with any third party;
• Promptly notify rz777 if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

rz777 reserves the right to monitor usage patterns for the purposes of fraud prevention, responsible-gambling compliance and AML obligations. Monitoring is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

rz777 provides information about payment methods that are commonly used by Pakistani players, including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant payment infrastructure including Raast, and bank transfers via major Pakistani banks such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT and BTC may also be available where supported by the cashier.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted;
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction;
• rz777 does not charge deposit fees on its side, though your payment provider may apply its own charges;
• Deposited funds are not held in a segregated account unless expressly stated otherwise in the operator's published terms;
• rz777 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or hold any deposit pending KYC verification or fraud review.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification prior to any funds being released. rz777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — all withdrawals must be made to a payment method held in the name of the registered Account holder.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is specified in the cashier at the time of request;
• Standard processing time begins only after a withdrawal request has been approved by rz777's internal review team. Actual settlement time depends on the selected payment method;
• Where a bonus has been applied to an Account, the relevant wagering requirement must be satisfied before associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal;
• rz777 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal it determines warrants enhanced review;
• Currency conversion to PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is applied at the rate displayed at the time of withdrawal confirmation — this rate is disclosed in the account interface before the request is finalised;
• rz777 does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing time. Published processing windows are estimates and may vary depending on payment infrastructure, verification status and volume.

rz777 may offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be made available at the time the offer is presented. These general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only. Eligibility criteria may include geographic restrictions, account verification status and minimum deposit thresholds;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms;
• Only certain game categories may contribute to wagering requirements, and contribution rates may vary by game type (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer titles may contribute at a lower rate — specific contributions are published per promotion);
• Bonuses have a stated expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not withdrawn before expiry are forfeited;
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds;
• rz777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable;
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to multi-accounting, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent terms, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

rz777 offers sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, Premier League football, UEFA Champions League, UFC and other live sports — alongside casino games including live dealer titles, slots, table games, instant games and esports markets.

The following general rules apply across all game types:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. rz777 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except as expressly provided for in individual sport-specific rules;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed at the time of placing. These limits may be varied at rz777's discretion;
• rz777 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error, including an obvious pricing error in odds markets;
• Where a live event is abandoned, suspended, or the result is subject to official review, settlement will follow the published sport-specific rules for that event type;
• Winnings are credited to your Account Balance upon settlement. Disputed settlements must be raised with customer support within 30 days of the settlement date;
• rz777 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits where unusual wagering patterns are detected, at its sole discretion.

rz777 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer a comprehensive suite of responsible-gambling tools accessible directly from every registered Account, including:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Alerts — receive notifications when you have been actively playing for a set duration;
• Cool-Off Periods — take a short break from the Platform for a defined number of days;
• Self-Exclusion — voluntarily suspend your Account for a minimum period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false, misleading or third-party identity information;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, financial crime or any other illegal activity;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in ways not expressly authorised;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers;
• Engaging in "chip dumping" or other forms of coordinated wagering designed to transfer value between accounts artificially;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited by law;
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Platform staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, responsible-gambling or age-verification control implemented by rz777.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, design elements and compilations thereof — is the property of rz777 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any rz777 trademarks, logos or brand elements without prior written consent; or scrape, index or systematically extract data from the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rz777, its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, third-party service failures or internet connectivity issues beyond rz777's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including your failure to verify your legal position under local law;
• Gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform — by using the Platform you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

rz777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other illegal activity;
• Violation of the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 11;
• Account registered by or used by a person under the eligible minimum age;
• Account access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• At your own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in a verified Account (after deduction of any bonus funds and applicable review) will be returned to you through the originally used payment method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any fraud or breach investigation.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rz777 holds its operating licence, as specified separately in the operator's published licensing documentation.

Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, and such other laws as may apply within Pakistan, govern their conduct independently of these Terms. rz777 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for the purposes of these Terms.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith resolution attempts between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the dispute-resolution mechanism applicable under the operator's license jurisdiction.

rz777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a reasonable notice period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
